DRY CLEANING LAUNDRY HUB IN WANGARA IS LOOKING TO EMPLOY A SHOP MANAGER
The job is permanent position responsible for the operations and developing sales at its Wangara business. The business is a skilled and friendly one which employs 5 staff.
Essentially the main responsibility of the role is to develop sales and customer relationships. The position is required to also man the counter, answer the telephone, manage staff and orders. You don't have to have had previous dry cleaning or laundry experience, but able to demonstrate that you are a "hands on", practical and astute person with people skills.
As the business is essentially a small one, the position is not only managerial, but very much considered part of the operational staff and participating in ironing, folding, finishing of garments, and loading machines etc when required and when not manning the counter.

What does the position do? Takes control of the counter. Managers delivery drivers. Direct responsibility for developing sales. Communication with customers. Order management.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm but will vary depending on orders, workload and requirement to meet order deadlines etc. The position has the weekend free and most of the afternoons.
