The Role
This position works within a well supported team to manage the full development, procurement and delivery of agency infrastructure and land outcomes, your key tasks will include.
Lead and manage design, project planning, construction, financial tracking and handover of major facility projects.
Provide high level, expert advice to executives and senior leaders regarding programs.
Foster productive, team-oriented relationships with internal and external stakeholders including regional operations, committees and volunteers.
Embed facility building standards in accordance with the Australian Build Code, SafeWork SA practices and the SA Government Procurement Policy Framework.
Skills & Experience
In order to be considered for this position, you will need the following experience.
Demonstrated experience in infrastructure project management and the successful delivery of complex facility projects on time and on budget.
Proven capabilities in managing project budgets.
Outstanding communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to produce high quality project plans, briefings and reports.
A current valid driver's license
Tertiary qualifications in project management desirable.
