Interquip is currently seeking experienced SMP Supervisors for our newly commenced mining construction Project in regional, WA. FIFO from Perth WA working a 2:1 Roster of construction of a new Processing Plant with completion eta approx July 2027. Preferred Mobilisation date 27th July 2026.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee SMP construction activities in accordance with the relevant standards, drawings, and work packs.
Supervise and lead site crews to ensure protected, timely, and high-quality execution
Working in close association with the site management team. Including; Construction Manager, Superintendent, Project engineers, HSE advisors and other supervisors to ensure secure and timely project delivery.
Conduct site inspections and employee engagement inline with legislation and company policies.
Identify and resolve in office issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain productivity
Adherence to mine site safety regulations and project management plans.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Proven experience (5+ years) in onsite SMP Supervisor roles within major mining construction projects
Trade Qualification or higher
Australian “C” class drivers licence
Knowledge of the Mines and Safety Legislation
S26 Certification (MUST HAVE Exam Completed)
OHS Construction White Card
Current First Aid Certificate
Working at Heights within 2 years of completion date
Confined Space within 2 years of completion date
