Coastline Mowers is Rockingham’s premier garden machinery centre with one of the largest floor displays of garden equipment in Western Australia.
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Coastline Mowers on a full-time basis Monday-Friday 8am-5pm plus every second Saturday 8am-12pm. You will play a vital part in our retail operations, helping customers find the right products and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
Assisting customers with product enquiries, recommendations, and purchases
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store setting
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Restock and replenish merchandise as needed
Actively participate in store merchandising and promotional activities
Provide general administrative support to the store office team
What we're looking for
Previous experience within the industry
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
