General Labourers - Immediate Starts Available | Yatala & Ormeau

Looking for ongoing, hands-on work with consistent hours and the chance to grow your skills?

We are currently recruiting General Labourers for multiple manufacturing and production clients based in Yatala and Ormeau. These are physical, quick-paced roles working with precast concrete products used across Australia's civil and construction industries.

You'll be working as part of a production team assisting with the manufacture of products such as concrete tanks, wastewater systems, drainage products, and other civil construction materials.

What's involved?
Assisting with preparing moulds and pouring concrete
Finishing, patching and grinding concrete products
Using hand and power tools
Moving materials around the production yard
General labouring and factory housekeeping
Quality checking finished products
Heavy lifting and repetitive manual work

What's on offer?
Casual ongoing opportunities with potential for long-term work
$32-$34 per hour (casual)
Consistent Monday to Friday work




Early morning starts (3am, 4am, 5am or 6am depending on the role)
Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within established manufacturing businesses
Immediate starts available pending successful pre-employment checks

To be considered, you will need:
Previous labouring, manufacturing or construction experience (preferred)
A strong work ethic and positive level of physical fitness
Reliable transport to Yatala or Ormeau
The ability to pass a pre-employment drug and medical assessment
Willingness to undergo random onsite drug and alcohol testing
As part of the application process, you will also be required to complete a physical fitness assessment at our Robina office.
