Castleross is currently seeking an experienced and motivated S26 Supervisor to join our growing team delivering structural concrete and construction works across major WA projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in quick-paced site environments and is passionate about safety, quality, and team performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily site activities, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and coordinate crews and subcontractors
Drive a strong safety culture through pre-starts, toolbox talks, and compliance
Ensure works are completed in line with project schedules and quality standards
Monitor productivity and provide leadership on site
Liaise with project management, clients, and other stakeholders
Ensure all works comply with site procedures and statutory requirements

About You
Current S26 / Schedule 26 Supervisor qualification (essential)
Willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
Previous experience supervising construction, civil, concrete, or mining projects




Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to lead crews in a secure and productive manner
Current Driver’s License
White Card
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A; screening

Highly Regarded
Trade background in carpentry, concreting, steelfixing or rigging
FIFO/project experience
Working at Heights, Confined Space, or relevant site inductions
