Bianco Reinforcing is Adelaide's leading reinforcing steel processor, supplying essential materials to construction projects across South Australia. We're expanding — including a brand-recent factory currently in development — and we're looking for reliable people who want to grow with us.
The Role
You'll be at the centre of our yard operations: loading and unloading trucks, moving steel around site, and keeping dispatch running smoothly. You'll operate overhead cranes and forklifts daily, and occasionally support machine operation.
Shifts available (fixed, not rotating):
Day: 6:00am – 2:06pm
Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:06pm

What You'll Do
Load & unload — safely and accurately load outbound trucks and unload incoming materials (your main focus)
Operate cranes & forklifts — move and position steel throughout the yard (previous overhead crane experience is a bonus — full training provided)
Support dispatch — strap and secure bundles, read delivery dockets,
keep stock organised
Serve customers — help customers load their vehicles and represent Bianco Reinforcing professionally
Work safely — follow all safety procedures, wear PPE, and work as part of a team to hit daily targets
What You'll Bring
Current LF-class forklift licence (essential)
A safety-first mindset and sharp attention to detail
Physical fitness and comfort with manual handling
Reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation
Experience in steel, manufacturing, or heavy industry is a plus — but not essential
Got a dogging, rigging, or EWP ticket too? Mention it — it's highly regarded.
