About the Role:

As our Senior Physiotherapist & Team Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of clinical excellence, mentoring junior staff, driving innovation, and delivering expert care across a diverse caseload including:
Private Practice
NDIS
Work-related rehabilitation
Community physiotherapy
Exercise rehabilitation

You’ll also have the opportunity to develop and launch new programs and classes, especially in Pilates and specialised therapies, allowing you to shape the future of physiotherapy in the region.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated leader with:




Proven clinical experience in private practice or multidisciplinary settings
A passion for mentoring and team development
Interest or experience in Pilates, rehabilitation, and community care
A commitment to integrated, patient-centered care
Full AHPRA registration (Australia-based applicants only)
