We are looking for a results-driven, motivated Sales Representative to join our team at our South Guildford depot.

About the role:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all stages of service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
Responding to client enquiries and coordinating transport services to meet their requirements
Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction
Provide consistent and exceptional service levels to all customers
Assessing transport requirements, including freight mass, height, and measurements to ensure compliance with state regulations




Collaborating with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Identifying and pursuing current business opportunities through proactive communication and follow-up
Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to identify trends and improvement prospects
Managing and resolving customer issues quickly and effectively to maximise satisfaction

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the transport or logistics industry
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
Ability to work as a team member with other departments of the organisation
A positive geographic knowledge of Western Australia and the Northern Territory
Be able to provide creative solutions that address customer needs
Ability to make presentations to prospective clients
A positive and determined attitude
Strong industry knowledge and logistics requirements
Good computer proficiency in MS Office
