About The Role

The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You’ll also lead, coach,



and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.

About You

3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholdersCommercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilityProven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teamsPassionate about delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiences
