DSY has partnered with an industry leading Western Australian non-profit to source for the newly created role of Transactional Accounts Manager. Reporting to the GM Finance you will lead and manage a team of five staff (AP & AR) overseeing the end-to-end transactional finance function, ensure accurate, timely, and controlled processing of high-volume payables and receivables. Manage the organisations procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle, bank reconciliations, supplier statement reconciliations, credit cards and banking administration.

Balancing staff management with hands-on transactional processing, process governance and reporting. And with a focus on continuous systems and process improvements this position will play a key role in the finance team.

The chance would suit a transactional finance qualified with experience of leading teams and initiating change, improving systems and processes.
