What You’ll Be Doing:
Every day in this role is different, and you’ll be learning hands-on. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with leasing processes,
from advertising to application
Attending open homes and conducting routine inspections
Completing entry and exit condition reports
Providing updates and feedback to the Senior Property Manager
Helping with property management administration and client support
What We’re Looking For: We're after someone who’s proactive, presentable, and eager to grow. The right person will bring:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Confident communication and excellent customer service skills
Full-time availability (Tuesday to Saturday)
A current QLD driver’s license
Full working rights in Australia
QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Full Licence)
12+ months of industry experience is highly desirable but not essential
