Job Description Summary

Reporting directly to the Deployment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all field work activities conducted on sites are carried out in a secure and effective manner.

Job Description




Supervise external subcontractors to ensure compliance to company safety, quality and contractual standards
Monitor the ongoing performance of subcontractors
Work closely with Construction Engineers/Deployement Manager to coordinate start dates, site inductions, inspections and material delivery to sites
Provide daily progress reporting, issues, concerns etc
Develop and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders
Conduct Field Safety, Environmental and Quality Control audits
Maintain WH&S; records ensuring the correct compliance and completion
Manage works to project timeframes and specifications
