Experienced residential Building Supervisor required to oversee multiple projects across Adelaide from site commencement through to handover. Working with Kingsford Homes, you will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and suppliers, monitor programme, quality and compliance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.

This role also involves input during pre-construction and planning stages, including reviewing drawings, identifying buildability issues, coordinating consultant information and assisting with practical construction outcomes before works commence onsite.

Key responsibilities include:
Supervising day-to-day construction activities across multiple residential projects
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site logistics
Managing construction programmes, site sequencing and project progress
Monitoring workmanship, quality assurance and compliance requirements
Maintaining WHS standards and protected, organised construction sites
Managing variations, site issues and construction challenges proactively
Communicating with clients, consultants, certifiers and internal teams




Maintaining accurate project records, reporting and construction documentation
Updating Buildern or similar project management systems with progress, variations and correspondence
Contributing to pre-construction planning by reviewing plans and identifying buildability, compliance and construction risks early

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience supervising residential construction projects, solid knowledge of construction methods and sequencing, sound understanding of residential approvals and compliance, and the ability to manage multiple jobs with confidence and professionalism.

An active Building Supervisor Licence, White Card and current Driver’s Licence are essential. Experience with custom homes, townhouses and medium-density residential developments will be highly regarded.
