About the Role
We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Personal & Health Support – assisting with daily living, medication, and specialized care (hoisting, bowel care, catheter)
Daily Living Assistance – meal preparation, feeding, and household tasks.
Community Engagement – supporting clients to access social and community activities.
Ideal Candidate
Spanish Speaking Support Workers
Experience with complex care (hoisting, PEG feeding,
bowel and catheter care) preferred but not essential.
Compassion, patience, and solid communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.
