Role

Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that centre around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices.

Responsibilities
Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering.
Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home, domestic assistance – vacuuming, mopping, laundry, changing bed linen, essential meal preparation, grocery shopping assistance).
Engaging in social activities as required.

Location

In‑home care to clients across the Yarra Ranges Shire & City of Maroondah Council.

Qualifications
Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualifications.




Minimum 6‑12 months experience in a similar role (community setting highly desirable).
Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
Valid working rights in Australia.
Police Check valid within the last 3 years or willingness to obtain.
Australian driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
