This role involves precision TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and other alloys while maintaining high-quality workmanship and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel, aluminium, and other metals
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures
Prepare materials through cutting, grinding, and cleaning processes
Conduct visual inspections to ensure weld quality and compliance
Maintain welding equipment and ensure protected operation
Follow workplace health & safety (WHS) procedures at all times




Collaborate with fabricators, supervisors, and production staff

Skills & Experience
Proven TIG welding experience within manufacturing or fabrication environments
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience with thin gauge and precision welding highly regarded
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

Qualifications & Licences
Relevant trade qualification preferred (Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade)
Welding certifications highly regarded
