Job Overview

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of "Guest Obsessed" and "People Power" to life.

Key Responsibilities
Executing and monitoring promotional activities.
Employee development and leadership.
Store merchandising.
Stock management and stock control.
Maintaining a protected working setting for all team members and guests.
Leading a team to put guests at the centre of the business, ensuring teamwork and empowerment.

Qualifications
Retail or hospitality experience.
A "Guest Obsessed" mindset.

High level of energy and a sense of urgency.
A passion for training, coaching, and mentoring team members to success.




Will provide a National Police Check.
