Provide day-to-day SAP FICO functional support within a production SAP ECC setting.
Analyse and resolve SAP Finance incidents, service requests and business issues.
Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
Support business users with SAP process queries and system improvements.
Ensure timely resolution of SAP support tickets in line with agreed service levels.
Participate in SAP change management, testing and deployment activities.

SAP Finance & Controlling Expertise

Provide functional support and configuration expertise across:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Banking and Electronic Bank Statements
Tax and compliance-related processes
Period-end and year-end closing activities

SAP Controlling (CO)
Internal Orders
Cost allocations and assessments
Reporting and analysis

SAP Enhancements & Projects
Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Prepare functional specifications for SAP developments and enhancements.
Configure SAP FICO solutions based on business requirements.
Perform unit testing,



integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
Work with ABAP developers, SAP technical teams and other functional consultants.
Support SAP projects, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

Integration & Cross-Functional Support
Understand integration points between SAP FICO and other modules including:
SAP MM (Procurement)
SAP PS (Project Systems)
Analyse and resolve cross-functional process issues.
Support end-to-end business processes involving Finance and other SAP modules.

Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Finance business users, process owners and key stakeholders.
Provide SAP guidance and recommendations to improve business processes.
Participate in workshops to understand requirements and define solutions.Maintain solid relationships with business and technical teams.

Qualifications
Degree qualification in Finance, Information Technology, Business or related discipline preferred.
