An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Account Manager to join Windsorborn, a results-driven, full-stack advertising and marketing agency based in Sydney, NSW.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing key client relationships and driving successful campaign delivery for our diverse range of clients.

Key responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration
Develop and implement effective account strategies to meet and exceed client objectives
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery
Identify and present current opportunities to grow existing client accounts
Collaborate with the creative and media teams to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns
Provide regular performance reports and updates to clients
Identify and address any client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or client-facing role within the advertising, media or marketing industry




Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with clients and internal teams
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Commercially minded with a passion for high-quality creative work
Collaborative, positive, and solution focused
Robust interest in creativity, technology, and performance marketing
