We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering modern cloud-based data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale data initiatives, designing and building robust, scalable data pipelines while collaborating with architects, developers and business stakeholders.

What you'll be doing
Designing, developing and maintaining Azure-based data pipelines.
Building and optimising solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Azure Synapse Analytics.
Developing Python-based solutions, Azure Functions and APIs.
Working with SQL, JSON and modern data integration technologies.
Applying data modelling and data warehousing best practices.
Supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
Working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.

What we're looking for




8+ years' experience in Data Engineering or a similar role.
Robust SQL and Python development skills.
Commercial experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks and Azure Synapse Analytics.
Strong understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
Experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
Exposure to Azure Functions and API development.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
