At Coolamon

Villa, our warm 50‑bed residential aged care home in the heart of Mullumbimby, you’ll play a meaningful role in supporting older people to live the life they choose. As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll help create a protected, connected, home‑like environment where residents feel respected, supported, and valued.

You will: Assist with personal care, including showering, grooming and dressing

Support residents with daily tasks, meals and meaningful social activities

Work closely with the clinical team to deliver personalised care plans





Maintain accurate documentation to support resident health and wellbeing

Provide exceptional service to residents, families, and the broader community What You Bring Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) Preference will be given to PCAs who have completed medication‑competency training as part of their Certificate III or Certificate IV studies A warm, compassionate approach and genuine passion for supporting older people

Confidence engaging with a diverse range of people

Solid communication skills and a reliable team mindset

Understanding of safe work practices
