Overview
Full‑time role based at Warriewood Brook Seniors Living community. Shift schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, with only one night shift per week on Thursdays. Salary packaging available along with wellbeing and career development advantages.
Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality food and service to meet customer expectations.
Plan and coordinate café operations, including menus and stock ordering.
Proactively manage customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Maintain compliance with HACCP, WHS, and food safety regulations.
Monitor budgets, contribute to sales and marketing initiatives, and suggest process improvements.
Lead and support café staff through on‑the‑job training and teamwork.
Qualifications
Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent.
Minimum four years’ experience in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene,
and HACCP standards.
Excellent communication and literacy skills.
Computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).
A cooperative and positive approach to leading and supporting others.
