Eximius Law is seeking a senior derivatives lawyer to join a leading bank's Sydney-based legal team. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating derivatives documentation, including ISDAs and related agreements, with emphasis on regulatory considerations and cross-market experience.

Ideal candidates will have solid experience with structured derivatives, hedging transactions, and inter-creditor and security arrangements, and familiarity with global derivative regulations.
