The Learning and Development Administrator at Wormall Group is a full time, 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role supporting day-to-day training operations. You will be the first point of contact for training enquiries, manage bookings, attendance, and liaise with RTOs for confirmations and invoicing.
You will maintain training records, the training matrix, and trackers to ensure compliance and best practice, while helping with certificates, induction access, and ad hoc L&D; activities.
