About the role

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to build strong relationships, coach leaders and deliver practical people solutions that help our workforce thrive. Working as part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you will partner with operational leaders across an allocated portfolio to provide trusted advice and guidance that supports both our people and the community.

Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to provide expert People & Culture advice across workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change and employee wellbeing.
Coach and build leadership capability, supporting confident and informed people management.




Work collaboratively across specialist People & Culture teams to deliver consistent, practical and compliant workforce solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or demonstrated working experience.
Broad knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and People & Culture practices.
Current valid Driver's License with ability to undertake travel for the role.
Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check, Right to Work within Australia and National Police Records Check.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online course with LCS2 outcome (Will be supplied by Wellways).

Desirable
Robust working knowledge of SCHADS and Contemporary Awards.
