Location: Melbourne Work Type: Full Time Salary: 55 - 75K + super We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Pastry Cook to join our culinary team at our venue located in the Melbourne Metropolitan area. As the art of food preparation and presentation is critical to the customer, as well as to the reputation of the venue, we are looking for individuals who are meticulous and exact in their approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare cakes, breads, or other pastries
Modifying, and creating recipes
Ordering necessary supplies and ingredients
Baking cakes and pastries, and decorating baked goods
Measuring ingredients and modifying recipes
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team, so valuable communication skills are also key.
QUALIFICATIONS: Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training SALARY RANGE: $55 – 70k + SUPER
