About the role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you will:
Manage a varied caseload, including paediatric clients
Conduct assessments, therapy, diagnosis, and reporting
Deliver evidence-based intervention and client-centred care
Work collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
Contribute to innovation and service excellence in clinical programs

Requirements:
Current Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Valid Working with Children (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card) or ability to obtain
Clinical expertise and confidence managing a diverse and complex caseload
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
A commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth
A passion for working with families and clients of all ages, especially children
