This role offers exposure to sophisticated public and private M&A; transactions, private equity investments and strategic corporate matters, acting for major domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries.
Requirements:
3+ PQE.
Solid M&A; experience from a leading Australian, UK or international firm.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
