About the Role
We are seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our team on a FIFO basis, with flexible start dates and multiple vacancies available. This is an Expression of Interest for operators across a range of equipment, so we encourage you to apply even if your ideal start date isn't immediate.
Qualifications
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
OHS Construction Card or NRT - Construction Industry Induction (White)
Relevant plant tickets/competencies for your area of operation
Able to meet FIFO and site entry requirements
MUST hold a valid National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
Experience & Skills
Previous experience operating plant in a civil or mining workplace
Strong understanding of site safety requirements and procedures
Ability to carry out pre-start checks and basic operational maintenance
Personal Attributes
Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to respond calmly and effectively to changing site demands
Positive, energetic, and proactive with a strong team-focused mindset
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with a broad range of stakeholders
Reliable and safety-conscious, even in rapid-paced environments
