Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers to achieve project goals.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable technology platforms.
Ensure the adoption of best practices in platform engineering and DevOps.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimise systems.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation effectively.
Identify and mitigate risks related to platform performance and security.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in platform reliability and efficiency.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance organisational capabilities.

The Successful

Applicant A successful Platform Engineering Team Lead should have:
Proven experience in leading development teams and leadership skills.
Solid technical expertise in cloud platforms (ideally AWS), infrastructure as code, and automation tools.
Amplified understanding in Domain-Driven-Design.
Fluency in Typescript & Node.JS.
Knowledge of MACH Architecture.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology projects.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. What's on Offer - Competitive salary ranging from $145,000 to $150,000 AUD annually.
