APG Workforce is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client based in Wulkuraka.

Hours : Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay rate : $37.08 per hour

Opportunity for permanent placement

Key Responsibilities
Inbound and outbound calls to customers
Contact customers for order placements
Data entry for customer orders
General administrative tasks as required
Some reception duties

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a similar role – customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work as part of a team
Able to work unsupervised when required
Active listening
Customer focused service
Product knowledge would be ideal
Problem solving abilities

Exceptional telephone manner to handle customer enquiries
