Job Overview

Drive frontline business expansion, provide technical support and manage full project delivery. Support Sales Director to achieve regional KPIs, develop customized solutions, gather market intelligence and ensure smooth execution and handover of local BESS projects.

Key Responsibilities
Execute Australia-wide sales strategy; develop and manage EPCs, distributors and end clients; identify current leads and deliver sales targets.
Understand Australian grid standards; support BESS design and technical validation; prepare quotations, technical proposals and tender materials.
Track full project lifecycle: order coordination, logistics,



commissioning and acceptance; elevate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor local policies, pricing and competitor information; submit market analysis to support strategy optimization.
Maintain client relationships, resolve technical enquiries and coordinate after-sales matters to boost customer retention.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Recent Energy and related fields preferred.
2+ years technical sales experience in energy storage / PV; strong relevant graduates welcomed; Australia market experience is advantageous.
Solid basic knowledge of BESS; familiar with overseas quotation and tender workflows.
Fluent written & spoken English for technical communication and document drafting.
Robust execution, cross-department coordination skills and willingness to travel around Australia.
