Lead Architecture For a High-Profile Program
Work Across Strategy Through to Delivery

We're recruiting for a Program Architect to play a pivotal role in a large-scale transformation program within a complex enterprise workplace.

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, responsible for defining the future state architecture, guiding execution, and ensuring alignment to broader enterprise strategy.

You'll act as the key architecture lead across the program, partnering with senior stakeholders while also leading a team of solution architects across multiple streams.

What You'll Be Doing
Own and define program-level architecture, including target and transitional states
Ensure alignment between program deliverables and broader enterprise tech strategy
Lead and coordinate architecture activities across multiple workstreams
Provide governance, guidance, and escalation support on all architecture decisions
Influence senior business and technology stakeholders on strategic direction
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes




Contribute to enterprise-wide architecture forums, strategy discussions, and governance
Drive robust stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external vendors
Lead and mentor a team of solution architects within the program

What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Program Architect or Lead Architect within large, complex environments
Background delivering architecture within major transformation or modernisation programs
Experience operating in large enterprise organisations (ASX-listed or similar scale)
Strong ability to balance business goals with technical constraints and opportunities
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level
Experience across domains such as digital, customer experience, supply chain, B2B/B2C
Solid understanding of architecture frameworks, governance, and roadmapping
Ability to lead teams and coordinate architecture activities across multiple streams
