Responsibilities:
Track and co-ordinate the end-to-end Change Management Process across all Change types.
Report against the Change Process; understanding where each Change is against the associated workflows with up-to-date process commentary.
Escalate changes to the relevant governance board or stakeholder when the change is approaching its SLA/KPI date.
Interface with Business Stakeholders to understand and participate in the change triage process of Project / Program Changes across the Construction lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Proficient in tools such as Excel, Contruent, Planner, Microsoft, Aconex, Project Management Toolsets.
Process knowledge – ability to look for and suggest process optimisation where appropriate.
