Responsibilities
Provide customer service and product information in person and over the phone.
Generate quotes for customers.
Pick, pack, and manage stock control activities.
Maintain branch tidy and safe.
Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
Learn operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership roles.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, enjoying helping customers both in person and over the phone.
Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure accurate information.
Tech‑savvy and adaptable to learning current systems.
Clean valid driver’s licence.
Desire to develop a career with leadership potential and a growth mindset.
