We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a key Defence project on Garden Island.

This is an excellent chance to secure a long-term role, starting on a temporary basis with robust potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.

In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering project outcomes by leading site teams and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting project planning activities, including reviewing specifications, identifying resource needs, and contributing to risk assessments
Supervising and coordinating daily crew operations to meet project timelines
Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues early, and implementing effective solutions
Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders




Providing leadership, direction, and ongoing support to site teams
Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards

Profile
WA Electrical Workers Licence
Construction White Card (CPCWHS1001)
Current LVR / CPR
First Aid Certification
OHS Supervisor training (or equivalent)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance
Candidate must have full Australian working rights
