As a ServiceNow TPSM Consultant you will be someone who can join any setting and establish yourself as a subject matter expert as well as a trusted advisor. You will gain experience working in challenging environments with intelligent, like-minded professionals. The ServiceNow TPSM Consultant will be leveraged and support a named number of NRI-ANZ Customers.

What we’re looking for
Solid understanding of ServiceNow TPSM platform and its features and functionality
Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOMAIOps its features and functionality
Knowledge of the ServiceNow TPSM scripting languages.
Experience with ServiceNow TPSM configuration, customization, and administration




Familiarity with ServiceNow TPSM data models and related features, such as tables, fields, forms, and business rules.
Knowledge of ServiceNow TPSM security model and best practices for security implementation
Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) best practices and industry standards (e.g. ITIL)
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow TPSM
Knowledge of integrations with other IT systems and tools
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders
