Join Boton Conveyor Services (BCS) as a Mobilisation Coordinator and play a key role in supporting the seamless integration and operation of our clients' projects. Working in a full time position, you will be based in our office in Bibra Lake, Western Australia.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate the mobilisation of equipment, personnel, and resources to client sites, ensuring smooth project launches
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement mobilisation plans
Monitor and track progress of mobilisation activities, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
Maintain detailed records and provide regular status updates to management
Support the implementation of safety, quality, and environmental compliance procedures during mobilisations
Assist with the coordination of demobilisation activities at the end of projects
Contribute to the continual improvement of mobilisation processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Mobilisation Coordinator or similar role in the administration or office support field
Robust organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external parties
Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology to support mobilisation activities
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Payroll experience is desirable
