ABOUT THE POSITION

This position is ideal for an autonomous and driven Associate/ Senior Associate to independently manage the design and delivery of exciting projects across a range of typologies. You will be supported in your role and enjoy a high degree of collaboration and balance between design and delivery, and will lead a capable, experienced and passionate team. This role will focus on the design side of the process, with close client consultation and design development.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination of design from concept to delivery
Internal team management and business development




Work across multiple projects at different stages
Close Client interaction and site visits
Manage juniors and internal documentation teams

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Autonomous leadership and management of projects from concept to delivery is a must
Design leadership and creative thinking to overcome problems and offer solutions
Demonstrated conceptual design skills
Revit proficient, with extensive in-studio experience
Ability to produce and coordinate DA documentation
