Permanent Fund Accountant Position | $120,000 - $140,000 + Super | Brisbane CBD Location

Your new role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Prepare monthly financial accounts, cash flow forecasts and performance reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Manage treasury activities, distributions, payments, banking and working capital to maintain adequate funding and compliance.
Oversee audits, BAS, statutory lodgements and regulatory reporting while liaising with external advisors and stakeholders.
Support business operations through trust administration, process improvements, financial analysis and ad hoc finance projects.

What you'll need to succeed




Degree qualified in Accounting or Commerce with a CA/CPA qualification and at least 5 years' experience in a similar finance role.
Strong technical accounting skills with advanced proficiency in Xero, accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and deliver accurate outcomes with exceptional attention to detail.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach and customer-focused mindset.
