Vintners Wine Bar is the face of McHenry Hohnen Vintners wine brand, a highly regarded winery that practices biodynamic principals in their farming of wine grapes as well as produce from their farm of Sheep Master lamb, vegetable garden, honey and olive oil all grown on the vineyard properties.

Vintners Wine Bar & Bistro was opened some 12 months ago, and has developed a robust reputation for its food offering, cellar door facility and the actual stunning building.

Just 10 kilometres south of Margaret River in a quick-developing township of Witchcliffe which has the demographic structure to grow rapidly.

The Head Chef works closely with the Wine Making Team's Viticulturalist and Horticulturalist to ensure a paddock to plate concept in a mediterranean style of menu.

Solid technical and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently and consistently during service
Passion for local produce and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine
Positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to support the wider kitchen team
