CME Group is seeking a part time HSEQ Advisor to join our team based in Clarence Gardens. This is an excellent chance to play a crucial role in enhancing the HSEQ culture within our business. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, reducing workplace risks, driving auditing and fostering a strong safety culture across the team.

What You Will Be Doing
Maintain CME's ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 accrediations
Lead incident reporting, investigations, audits and site inspections
Set and report safety metrics to the senior leadership team
Manage SWMS, risk controls, contractor safety and Emergency Response Plans
Monitor leading and lagging safety indicators and verify critical risk controls
Train and mentor staff on safety and safe work practices
Coordinate rehabilitation and return‑to‑work programs
Organise the HSEQ Committee and maintain accurate compliance and licencing records
What We Are Looking For
Relevant qualifications in safety and/or management
2+ years' hands‑on HSEQ experience in construction, electrical, engineering or infrastructure
Experience in Skytrust software or similar
Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
Current Driver's Licence, White Card, Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance
Accountable, team‑focused, and genuinely committed to building safety culture
