The Opportunity We are looking to appoint an experienced Installation / Site Supervisor to oversee daily install operations in our ACT territory.

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our installation teams
Provide hands-on support, training and guidance to the team
Demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting any issues that arise
Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement
Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility

About You
Previous experience in construction,



manufacturing or similar workplace
Cert IV in Building & Construction & current licence holder (MUST)
Solid technical skills and a deep understanding of product installation
WHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm at all times and at all costs
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport
