Lead Educator – Sinnamon Park

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our team at Bluebird Early Education in Sinnamon Park. The role is a full‑time, on‑site position with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of educators in providing high quality early education and care.
Implement and maintain teaching strategies aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Collaborate with families, staff and community to promote each child’s learning journey.

Qualifications & Essential Criteria
Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or actively working towards).
Current valid blue card (employee).
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates, or willingness to obtain these.
Current child protection and food handling certificates,



or willingness to obtain these.
Sound understanding of EYLF and NQS.
Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
Self‑motivated with the ability to think outside the box.
Proficient in oral and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport with families, colleagues, stakeholders and community members.
