The Role

The IT Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing Aptella’s ICT environment across all branches and countries. This role combines strategic leadership and hands‑on technical expertise, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology services that support business growth and operational excellence.

Working closely with the Group Executive Manager – Operations,



the IT Manager plays a critical role in shaping and delivering Aptella’s ICT strategy while leading a high‑performing, customer‑focused IT team.

Contribute to the development and delivery of Aptella’s ICT strategy
Align technology initiatives with business objectives, growth plans, and operational needs
Translate strategy into practical, well‑governed projects, policies, and processes
Educate leaders and teams on ICT initiatives, systems, and best practice
Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of Aptella’s ICT workplace, including infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, applications, and end‑user support
Ensure ICT services are secure, resilient, and compliant with relevant standards and legislation
Lead incident management and escalation responses
Maintain effective backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity arrangements
