Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in South Australia ! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you – this role offers a unique prospect for variety and autonomy over your working day.

We have full time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.

The Role
Attend various locations, predominantly within Adelaide and a proportion of work across SA.
Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner.
Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
Prepare and draft factual reports.

About You
Hold a Certificate III in Investigations.




Hold a current and valid Investigation Agent Licence.
Hold a Business Investigation Agent Licence if operating as a subcontractor.
Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and are self‑motivated to meet deadlines.
