Due to the upcoming launch of a portfolio of products, this company is expanding with a recent business unit to be added to their dynamic commercial team. They are in search of a proven Specialty Care, National Sales Manager to build the team and lead the launch in this new therapy area. The company head offices are based in Melbourne and the role will be based from Victoria.

Reporting to the Business Unit Director, your responsibilities will include:
Lead sales strategy, execution, and performance across Australia.
Drive commercial excellence by developing strategic business plans, setting sales targets, and aligning efforts with broader business objectives.
Manage and coach a team of Key Account Managers ensuring consistent implementation of best practices and high-performance standards.
Strengthen field force effectiveness through structured coaching and continuous skill development.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers across the hospital network.




Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and drive market share growth.

The successful candidate will bring:
Proven sales leadership experience within specialty care pharmaceuticals.
Strong people management capabilities, including coaching and fostering sales excellence.
Launch experience in niche specialty care markets; with haematology, oncology or rare disease experience preferred.
Tertiary qualifications in a business or science-related field.
Deep understanding of healthcare systems.
