The Opportunity

Working closely with experienced Partners, you'll play a key role in a growing commercial practice, advising businesses and business owners across a broad range of commercial matters while enjoying meaningful client contact, increasing autonomy and the opportunity to become a trusted adviser to clients.

Your work is likely to include:
Commercial contracts, drafting and negotiations
Business sales and acquisitions
Business and investment structuring
Shareholder, partnership and joint venture arrangements
Commercial leasing
Intellectual property, licensing and franchising
General commercial advisory and risk management

About You
Admission to practise in Victoria with 4+ years' PAE in commercial law, gained in a boutique or mid‑tier practice
Solid commercial judgement, excellent time management skills and the ability to manage matters with increasing independence
A collaborative mindset, commercial curiosity and a genuine desire to build a long‑term career
