The Role
Lead cross-border tax advisory for Australian businesses expanding into current international markets, from initial structuring through to ongoing compliance
Advise on international tax structuring, thin capitalisation, transfer pricing, CFCs, and double tax treaty matters
Work with some of Australia's largest and most complex privately‑owned groups, with direct client access and no layers of hierarchy
Partner with clients on market entry strategy, entity structuring, and cross‑border transaction support




Work directly with senior leadership and business owners as their trusted advisor on international growth
A genuine tax consulting seat, with a strong technical focus and real depth in international work

About You
CA/CTA qualified with 8+ years' experience within a skilled services firm, whether boutique or large
Robust technical grounding in Australian international tax, including cross‑border structuring, transfer pricing, and treaty matters
Someone who genuinely wants to own client relationships and be the face of the advice they give
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the confidence to build and shape your own client portfolio and specialism
